Acer F5-573G-73RW SSD upgrade? NVMe or SATA?

Hi,

I want to upgrade my Acer Aspire F5-573G-73RW (i7-7500U, GTX 950M) with an SSD drive, but going through the previous posts on this topic, I am still confused if I can use an M.2 NVMe or if I have to use an M.2 SATA? I checked the M.2 slot on the back of the laptop, and it's the one that only has one notch (on the right), so I think according to previous questions, it supports the NVMe ones as well. I have also put the screenshots of HWiNFO from the PCI bus tab so you can kindly check if it's gonna work. I didn't know which PCI express root was important, so I attached all.

Considering the info I provided, which of the following would you think would be compatible with my system? I want to use the SSD as the main drive and use the HDD for storage only.
-Samsung 980 Series - 1TB PCIe Gen3. X4 NVMe 1.4 - M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-V8V1T0B/AM) : Amazon.ca: Electronics
-Samsung 970 EVO Plus Series - 2Tb PCIe NVMe - M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-V7S2T0B/AM) : Amazon.ca: Electronics
-Samsung 860 EVO M.2 1TB SATA M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-N6E1T0BW) [Canada Version] : Amazon.ca: Electronics

Thanks for your help in advance,

The F5-573G's Intel cpu of either the i7, i5 and i3 6th Gen supports PCI Express Revision versions 3.0 x2 types so x4 will be a waste of money as this laptop will not utilize their max transfer speed. The ideal M.2 drives that Acer fits and recommends for this laptop are of the M.2 key B&M types. like the 256GB Liteon CV1-8B256 types that come in bigger capacities also and the 2.5" mechanical drives (or SSD's) of the SATAIII 6GB/sec.

Thanks for your explanation! Just one thing to be clear: do the NVMe ones actually work on my laptop at all, or are there any risks associated that it might not work? you mentioned they would not reach their max performance, but wouldn't it still be triple the speed of the SATA ones?

Aside from that, if I want to go for the 2.5" SSD's, would you suggest the model below? (The one you mentioned is not available in my region currently)

    Many Thanks,
