Headset mic does not register as anything only headphones do Nitro 5 AN515-55-53E5

So recently i got a A40 Astro gaming headphones and I tried to plug in and make sure everything was ok and Turns out my mic wont even work and nor does it even pop up in the control panel so if anybody can help me would be apreciated also the gaming laptop is the Nitro 5 AN515-55-53E5

    Unfortunately the A40 apparently does not  conform to the OMTP or Nokia TRRS (Tip-Ring-Ring-Sleeve) plugin headset standard that the AN515-55 recommends. Sometimes it might work. Sometimes it doesn't. As shown below, the A40 mic ground wires are reversed from the OMTP standard. It's mainly for older PCs, Xbox or Apple PC inputs. I suggest that you might want to consider a bluetooth Astro wireless version that would bypass this common wired plug issue.

    What OS are you using? As in Win-11 I've had problems with JBL BT headsets both with connections and its mic, this was due to the Win-11 BT drivers. Check your A40's software or contact their sup[port. Also uninstall and reinstall the Realtek audio drivers and see if that fixes this problem?
