I have Aspire 7, It is getting charged from 10% to 100% in 15 mins. It's in Warranty, so the service center changed the Motherboard and Battery. But the issue still persists.

With the laptop plugged into the charger, follow these steps to  create a battery report. Please take a screenshot of report and post here.

    (1) Search 'cmd' in Windows start menu.
    (2) Right click command prompt near top of menu.
    (3) Click run as administrator.
    (4) Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport' at command prompt.
    (5) Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer.
    (6) Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser.
    (7) Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity.

Did you purchase this machine without an ACER Windows 10 OEM operating system installed?

Windows 10 was preinstalled in System. Not Sure what is OEM.

OEM means the Original Equipment Manufacturer, ACER. An ACER OEM Windows 10 version doesn't seem to be installed on it.  Key pieces of info seem to be missing in the battery report. Did you perhaps install a Windows insider preview beta test version?

No, I am not sure, I visited the service center, and they might have installed this version of Windows.

Please run the battery report again. Post only the top section like shown below. Please don't alter image as there are no security vulnerabilities revealed other than battery manufacturer, model# and id, Win10 build # and Acer laptop model number.

    (1) What is your full A7 model number? For example, A715-44G?

    (2) After battery is fully charged, how long does it take for low battery alarm to appear after charger is unplugged?

    Aspire A715-42G

Before The issue, the uptime was 4-5 Hrs.
and now it takes 1.5 or 2 hrs maximum to go down to 10% battery

  • Have you tried calibrating the battery?

Yes, as egydiocoelho suggests, you can try battery calibration by following these steps

    Disconnect the AC adapter

Operate the computer using battery power until the battery-low warning appears.

Reconnect the AC adapter and fully charge the battery again.

Follow these steps again for at least  THREE TIMES.

Try temporarily disabling all but Windows security on startup. Then reboot and see how long battery lasts.

Nothing is working. Maybe it's a manufacturing defect. Even the Service center is not able to solve the problem, they have changed the motherboard once and battery twice.
It's in warranty, will Acer Replace the product?

The service center must repair the machine under warranty.
