Random lockups on Nitro AN515-52

Hi
I have a problem with my Nitro AN515-52. Sometimes my laptop locks up in a really weird way... the screen goes black and at first looks like a sleep mode but after trying to wake it up I find out that my mouse lights are not turning on and only keyboard backlight turns on, there is no audio output and it seems like all USB ports are only transferring charge but no data. (Tried plugging in my phone.. turns out it only detects the charging but no additional actions are available.) I've only seen this once happen right in front of me - the screen flickered a bit and turned black. The only way to get trough this is forced restart.
Seems like the time when this happens is completely random. Sometimes it happens once a month and sometimes twice a day.
Before writing this post I tried almost everything that could be related to this problem. Checked driver and windows updates and tried changing the power settings so that the sleep mode never activates in the first place. None of that helped.

Hi @ItzPeto
Since you have tried some troubleshootings already you can try to do a reset to check if that makes any difference.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/recovery-options-in-windows-31ce2444-7de3-818c-d626-e3b5a3024da5#WindowsVersion=Windows_11
Check the above link to do a complete reset.
NOTE: Make sure to backup all the data before the reset.
Hope it will help you in some way.0
