Have you checked the temps after a few hours that you are playing games? As any laptop that overheats especially when playing games for 5 hours (wow that's a long time :D ) is susceptible to overheating. Playing games for 5 hours and putting especially a laptop into this high end component stresses (remember that a laptop is not like a desktops versatility for cooling) as a laptop will eventually overheat beyond the critical temps and make the laptop turn off and into allot of times (like after 5 hours continual game paying) into BSOD's as it could even be damaged and/or its a precaution of stopping any damage to the components.

Make sure that all the drivers are up to date and the bios also, repate your cpu/gpu and change the thermal pads and even repaste with liquid metal, which is a bit better thermal paste compound that disperses heat much better than normal paste but, be very careful with liquid metal, as applying too much of this paste quantities (you need to follow the strict instructions) as putting too much liquid metal paste and if this paste leaks into the mobo circuitries, this paste will short mobo circuitries out making the mobo beyond repair.

thanks for replying Steven , temps on my laptop is cpu at 90 gpu at 80Degree Celsius. Had it recently repasted from service center. Also i meant it doesnt shut down /restart even if i play for 5+ hours. Also is there any way to see what is causing this issue?
