Is there a WINDOWS 11 ACER PREDATOR Rescue Disk? With some extra nice System Check tools?

I have been fighting a virus on my local network for over 7 months already.

Several clean windows boot + Kaspersky + MacAfee were not enough to get rid of it.

Does Acer have an end-to-end solution to verify and make system corrections. More specifically to windows 11 64bits?

There is a lot of remote access and hosts on a tplink router using 'image automatic authentication'. changing "paths" and taking control of "rollback command".

Thanks in advance,

    Straight from the PREDATOR's MANUAL
    28 - Recovery
    R ECOVERY
If you are having trouble with your computer, and the
frequently asked questions (see Got a question? on
page 73) do not help, you can recover your computer.
This section describes the recovery tools available on your
computer. Predator provides Acer Care Center, which allows
you to reset your PC, refresh your PC, backup files/data or
create a factory default backup. If you cannot access Acer
Care Center, click Settings in the Start menu, select System

@Acer, please, let's make a cooler version of Acer Care Center?

I was(still am) fighting a real war with so many attacks.

    It´s a VIRUS 2.0 scenario already.

Let me know if you want me to re-model it to a more systematic based nature.

You likely need to clean the full environment, not just the Predator, since it sounds like multiple systems are involved. Cleaning the computer will only have it get reinfected if there are other systems with issues. If you are in the USA or Canada you can order a recovery image form the Acer store. You will want to disconnect any networking, boot from the recovery image and do a complete wipe and restore to get back to stock. At that point the system should be clean, but as I said you won't want to reconnect to the network until everything else is clean as well.

You can purchase and use a very good antivirus software to fight against the virus...

If it is still not working then we have to do a refresh and reset

Inside your computer, there is a place called recovery partition on your hdd which acts like a recovery media.

click on start - settings - update and security - recovery - reset this pc - get started

    or

on start - type here to search - type reset this pc - click on reset this pc on the top  - click on get started

It will show you keep my files and remove everything
    chose keep my files
chose the account - type the password - click on local reinstall - click on reset
    It will be in progress..
login to computer and start using the computer.
If it is still not working

click on start - settings - update and security - recovery - reset this pc - get started
    chose remove everything
click on local reinstall - just remove my files - click on reset
    It will be in progress

    Note:

If you do refresh ( keep my files ) -  all your personal files like pictures, music , documents , videos  will still be intact.   Only the applications will be lost

If you do reset  ( remove everything )  - you are doing a factory default.   It will become like a day one computer.    It will wipe out everything and take your computer to day one like a new computer.

You can also do the recovery in an alternative way..

There are two alt keys on the keyboard.  If you look at the bottom row of keyboard you can see the one on the left side of space bar and the other on the right side of space bar.  The alt key on the right side will be looking like alt, alt gr or alt car.  Turn off the computer.  Hold the alt key on the left and tap f10 continuously.   It will go to repair mode.  It will show you chose an option, continue, troubleshoot.   If it is not going to repair mode, turn off the computer.  Turn on the computer.  Hold the right alt key ( alt gr or alt car or alt )  and then tap f10 continuously.  It will go to chose an option continue and troubleshoot..

It will show you chose an option, continue, troubleshoot
Go to troubleshoot  -  click on reset this pc
click on keep my files  ( only applications will be lost )   chose your account and type your password   - click on local reinstall  - click on reset
    It will be in progress

If the keep my files option is not working

Go to troubleshoot  -  click on reset this pc – click on remove everything – click on local reinstall – just remove my files – click on reset
    It will reinstall windows.

If the just remove my files is not working..

Go to troubleshoot  -  click on reset this pc – click on remove everything – click on local reinstall – Fully clean the drive – click on reset
    It will reinstall windows.

Note: You can also go to chose an option , continue , troubleshoot by holding the alt key + tapping f10  or alt gr + tapping f10 on the keyboard while turning on the computer.    Once you see the troubleshoot option, you can stop tapping the f10 and stop holding the alt key.    Then you can try the keep my files and remove everything ( just remove by files and fully clean the drive ) by following the steps which was mentioned above.

You can also contact the Acer Store to get the Acer recovery media which is designed for your computer.

Please visit the website - support.acer.com - chose your country - click on shop.   Alternatively,  on the top right corner you can find the phone no to contact Acer store.

it doesn´t work. it keeps remote host attacks elevating privileges to a PROFILE, USER within my account and it automatically escalate privilages from the intruder.

ANTI VIRUS ARE WORTHLESS! THEY are obsolete. They deal with virus 1.0 and now we face Virus 2.0.
