My notebook after 5 years starts having this problem with the Intel graphics 4600 video card, I don't know why right now but it conflicts causing windows 10 to crash. The drivers are no longer accepted by the system and it seems that none of those they are found to be fine, please help me I only have this notebook.

Is it just freezing, or are you getting a blue screen? Which driver do you have installed :)?

Both things, if at startup I don't hurry to disable the Intel card after a while or it goes to blue screen or crashes when I open a window or that of the internet browser forcing me to shut it down, currently i think are istalled windows 10 generic drivers are by default but i had the official acer ones, dated 2015, which i think are too dated and something must have gone wrong after some windows update that conflicts because i have never had this problem, both with windows 8 and with windows 10. I have to find which update is bothering to uninstall and isolate it or I need to find new drivers that are fine, but I can't find anything.
