Predator Triton 500 PT515-51- black screen while gaming

I have a Triton 500 500 PT515-51 and occasionally when gaming the computer will lose video and go to black screen with sounds from the game still happening and the LED backlights for the key board will come on. The solution I have usually used is to unplug power from it and hold the power button for 30 seconds and then reboot. This doesn't happen immediately but after playing the game for a while and there doesn't seem to be any specific trigger besides the game being played. This happens while playing Rust specifically right now, and this happened occasionally over a year ago when playing another game, I think it was Tom Clancy's The Division 2. I've played other games in between and never had this problem any other games. The games are displayed on an external monitor so I used the laptop monitor to keep predator sense and task manager open to monitor after this happened. My CPU during Rust is regularly staying at up to 95 degrees while playing even when the CPU fan is set to max. I see that there is some talk about undervolting Predator laptops, at 95 degrees is this something I should look at doing on this laptop?

I've seen a few youtube videos showing this problem and one or two other posts on here but never saw anyone post any solutions that confirmed to work. Hopefully I can find a solution.

Specs:
CPU-i7-8750H
GPU- RTX 2080 Max-Q
32 GB Ram
Current NVIDIA driver 471.11 ( just noticed I need to update but this has happened on other drivers as well)
Windows version: Windows 10 Version 20H2

    Hi bluefalconeer,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.
