Try alternately vacuuming the air intake vents and blowing air into the air exhaust vents on the bottom. Also uninstall any 3rd party virus scanners as they are no longer needed by most users and tend to overheat the laptop when using a browser.

This ES1-512 laptop should not be overheating in its OEM spec form as its not a gaming laptop and if all its cooling components are working 100%. Have you repasted the cpu or cleaned out the thermal module fan?

Check all that out first as and if your cooling fan is dirty and full of felt then it will restrict the efficiency of the fan to cool the cpu, also this laptops cpu cooling thermal module duct and fan combo is prone to gathering dust and felt inside it and reducing cooling. Best and if your laptop is overheating (yes you can add a suction cooler and laptop tablet cooler) but its best and most efficient to change the fan to a new one and repaste the cpu with a high quality thermal paste like the Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme or you can go to the top and most effective paste like the Conductonaut liquid metal thermal compound but, this paste should be applied and must not be used with aluminium heatsinks as Conductonaut liquid metal thermal compound is a liquid metal compound that can leave residues if it leaks onto motherboard components that this liquid will damage and short components out and damage your motherboard, so it has to be expertly and minimally applied for best long term performance results.

When I put the computer on my "legs" then it heats up a lot and my "legs" get hot.

@andicog201 69C is still an acceptable temperature. You do not want to put the laptop in contact with your body skin while doing heavy tasks like gaming because your legs can block the vents and hot air might cause an uncomfortable feeling or even hurt you. Make sure that you put the laptop on flat surface and close some background apps so that the laptop can reduce the temperature.
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

You are blocking the heat vents with your legs. Laptop must be on hard surface for good cooling.

Laptop still does not have a heating problem.

60*C is well within normal operating temperature for a laptop but still feels hot to a human. Your is laptop not human. It is fine.

Follow these following steps, hopefully it will help you

1- Keep your vents uncovered and remove objects that are too close to your laptop.
2- Always position your laptop on a sturdy, flat surface like a desk or table. ...
3- Clean your vents immediately if you notice any dust, dirt, or hair.
4- Work in a cooler room.
