1. WHY BOTH should run at SATA speeds? 
2.  NVME Interface key is available on the motherboard so why run at SATA speed ? 
3.  Is any possible to run at nvme speed?

    (1) The 2.5" HDD/SSD socket supports SATA3 speeds. Then m.2 NVME socket supports up to twice SATA3 speeds.
    (2) The m.2 NVME card M-key socket should support both m.2 SATA card at SATA3 speeds and m.2 NVME card at up to twice SATA3 speeds
    (3) NVME card will run at up to twice 2X SATA3 speeds but not 4X SATA3 speeds

    Up to how much Mbps WD SN550 will give on Aspire E 15 E5-575-30-P5 ?

    Should be about 1100MB/s. This is about twice SATA3 speed max (600MB/s) and about half NVME speed max(2400MB/s)
