Display flickering in my Acer nitro 5- AN515-51

Can anyone please tell me display gone or display ribbon problem ? 
N.B. I already changed RAM but its doesn't solved .  
I'm sharing a video of my laptop . Video link

  • It may just be a connection problem on the edp cable. Check the edp cable on the main board and display:

    2. Update or delete incompatible apps.
    3. Update your graphics driver.

    I tried all, but not working. 
    If use an external monitor then external monitor works fine, even after using external monitor 1days my built-in monitor also works normally .. I don't know what's the problem.

    Yes brother , in bios also same . 
    Currently I'm using an external monitor , now my built-in monitor also start works normally . 
    I know after few days later this problem will rise again 🥲

    I have practically the same problem, in my case a very similar error, within a few minutes of turning on the laptop appears at the top of the screen and after it freezes completely. The computer is still working perfectly as I can use the second screen normally.

    Almost a month ago I changed the screen thinking it was broken (taking care of the costs since I added an extra hard drive and the warranty did not cover the costs) and a few days later the error reappeared in the same way.

    Obviously I tried to reinstall the drivers, delete apps, reinstall windows and finally do a factory reset. None of that made any changes.

    I was doing the trial and error technique since I realized that sometimes the pc did not fail and I wanted to know why. At first I thought it was because it was connected to a second screen, so I stopped using it (the error kept appearing). After that I changed the refresh rate of the screen from 144Hz to 60Hz (the error kept appearing).Then I thought that the battery current could be failing, I tried various modes of energy use with the pc connected to the current and without being connected (the error kept appearing).

    Two days ago, I realized something very curious, while I was playing games (gta v and assetto corsa) the screen seemed not to fail even after many hours of play, which makes me think that maybe it is a failure of the integrated graphics, but I do not have enough knowledge to confirm anything.

    I could disable the integrated graphics and test if it works correctly? I can't think of anything else and the technicians I spoke with don't know what it could be.

    If the display works periodically, I recommend trying different versions of video card drivers.

    You can try to reinstall the display drivers to check if that makes any difference.



    NOTE: Make sure to reboot the laptop after uninstalling the driver.


    If that doesn't work then you can try to reset the laptop to check if that makes any difference.



    Check the above link to do a reset.


    NOTE: Make sure to backup all the data before the reset.
