Hi,

I recently updated to windows 11. I had an issue lately and realized that the laptop restarted by it self and stuck on Acer logo. I wasn't working with laptop at the time.
to continue working, I had to hold down the power button, and power it up again to be able to use the laptop.

It happened two times in about 10 days. I don't know if there is a hardware problem or driver or something else.
Also I was getting blue screens time to time.

Any suggestions will be appreciated
cheers

The solution to this problem is as follows, first and if you have any valuable data on this laptop then back all that data up! Then go to System > Recovery > Reset this PC > Remove everything (Removes all your personal files, apps and settings) and reset the laptop, as this will get rid of all obsolete and conflicting Win-10 drivers, apps and settings that are cussing these problems with Win-11 or you can do a Clean Install with a USB.

I’ve had the same problem updating from Win-10 to Win-11 on a brand new laptop and once I’ve done this Reset it worked perfectly, also make sure that all windows updates are up to date, update to the last NVidia graphics Win-11 driver and install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and get all Intel Win-11 drivers for your laptop, also and if any drivers in Device Manager have exclamation icon next to them, use the Acer A715-74G's drivers for Win-10 to fix those drivers as that is how its done and should fix all your problems.

Thank you @StevenGen for your solution.
I will definitely try the clean install and driver update and see what happens
