Acer Switch SW312-31 - problem with keyboard

My tablet is Acer Switch SW312-31.

When I connect its own keyboard (attached to the tablet with a magnetic bar), nothing happens, i.e. the keyboard does not respond to keystrokes.

The external usb-mouse works, as does the virtual keyboard on the device.

When you connect the mouse to the tablet with the usb cable, you hear a "bling bling" and the mouse appears in the device manager.

When the keyboard is connected to the tablet, nothing is heard. When you run "Find new device" you see "TCH-DMS:10".  What is it?

In any case, the keyboard does not work. Cleaned the pins, no help...

In device manager does it show as a keyboard? Or does anything show with the yellow or red mark :)

Device manager does not show the keybord, no yellow or red lights.

Most of the time this is due to dirty contacts and to the channel the keyboard snaps into having crud that stops it from fully seating...
