Hi
i am writign to you cuz i have problem with my Acer gaming laptop. I notice when i bought the laptop that in in areas where is a lot of grapchic kontent my laptop lags a looooot. Like in WoW where there is happening a lot of things...i find that funny cuzy my mate play with his 10 years od laptop and he doesent have lag at all...same also happens when i play GW2. I tried to chane a graphic setting but with no sucess. I have set my Laptop to be in high performance and is all the time pluged in electric. I also selcted as my main Grphic gard Nvidia . i waited for so long cuz i tought that maybe there is problem with driver and i was waiting for an update . but after 2 years problem stays the same. MY laptop has i7 9750H, GTX1660Ti, 16GB DDR4

thx i am doing like here is told. one Question...all my Word files from Desktop are gone from desktop. Basically i cant find them on my computer. On dersktop are just program icons. I created restore point it should be no problem to recover those files but still...is there any way that i do this spts witouth loosing my desktop files?

So i did like it is said in the link u sent me...FPS was a looot better... but i noticed when cheking PING and FPS numbers that PING is sadly to high... that means i have to slo internet conecction? i have 4G internet - internet reciever taht uses SIM card. I do have oft PING 140+ ...
sadly after i restored my computer setting to time before i did all those changes to my pc...my old files werent back

If your ping got high after following this guide then- In optimizer tool don't disable Network throttling under universal tab
And for desktop icon i don't know what it cause, happens with me also, you can copy all desktop files to local disk and add again on desktop after completely following guide. I never try to find which setting cause this because this is really not very important
(Create backup for all important files that are stored in desktop)

Your Acer laptop may be slow because of too many startup programs, malware running as a background application, battery problems, full hard drive memory full or failing hardware.- Install all Windows updates.
- Change your PC power plan.
- Update your graphics driver.
- Close all background programs.
- Stop using skins with effects.
- Lower in-game graphics settings.
