Nitro AN515-55 Ideas how to get in touch with customer service?

Hello,

I tried to find a way how to speak with customer support or write them an email about my laptop repairs, but it looks like my country (Lithuania) is just not on the list.

Worth to mention that I tried to fill out a form in Acer self-service, but when I reach a part where I have to choose how I will deliver my computer it only shows France (I guess) courier companies (double checked my address and postal code 3 times).


// LAPTOP PROBLEMS

Always used my laptop as a desktop computer (external keyboard, monitor, and mouse), and now I want to take it with me for a summer trip, but I faced some problems.

Problem number 1: screen backlight bleed - it's not possible to watch movies when it's dark in the room, because the backlight bleed is too high around the camera area and in the corners.
Problem number 2:  use of a 3.5 mm jack is not possible because I can hear high pitched noise from speakers or earphones.
Problem number 3: a few weeks ago in direct sunlight, I noticed that in the left area of the monitor I can see thin horizontal lines on the monitor when it's on or off. It's hard to describe the problem, but I can provide photos. It's possible to ignore this infringement, but I am afraid that it may spread (as I mentioned before, I use an external monitor, so it's hard to track screen conditions every single day  ) 
Problem 4: Laptop speakers crackles. 


Maybe someone has ideas about what I should do next? I understand that his model is not a luxury one, but now it feels like I am using a cheap clone of Acer product.
