This could be from numerous problems, could be your new ram compatibility, power problems while gaming as the laptop needs full power functionality to keep that game functioning and operate at its max requirements and/or the game is not suitable for your laptop and needs a higher spec system? Could be graphics drivers or windows is not up to date or all this combined that can all contribute to all these sorts of problems that you are having. Check all that out as 75°C temps are not high temps at all and is normal.

How can i check ram compatibility because 2-3 months before i had installed the ram and at that time everything was very smooth
also i think it could be due to power functionality how can i check that?

With RAM its best to match both RAM sticks to the same manufacturer and part number and same speeds that are suitable for this laptop or buy a matching pair kit that all manufacturers sell. Best performing RAM has to be the same speed e.g. DDR4-2666MHz and CAS # Latency (CL) like CL22 or CL20 etc etc which I think in your laptop its a CL22 as and if one is CL22 and one is CL20 the RAM could have problems and will contribute at high performance to crashing.

Also and what I suggest for you to do, is to run the Crucial System Scan as that will give you all the max memory upgrades and most suitable RAM and SSD’s for your laptop. Also and with the PSU it’s what the game that you are playing is what governs the power that it needs whedn  its played to its max performance and requirements, what I've experienced is that certain games require so much PSU power at max game performance that the laptop can't handle it and it crashes, in a laptop you can’t increased/upgrade the laptops PSU as its fixed and its not like a desktop where you can just change the PSU from a 500W to a 750W as a laptops PSU is governed and regulated internally and its separate to the external power supply/charger. Unfortunately and if its the PSU then that game is too power demanding and your laptop can't handle it and will always crash when those higher power requirements are required.

What i did was that i removed the previous 8gb ram stick i think that was 2400mhz ram and isnerted the 16gb ram 2666mhz stick
