Try resetting the battery: disable fast startup in power options, turn off the computer, unplug the power adapter, press the power button for thirty seconds and leave the computer off for half an hour.

Just tried, still no luck unfortunately, thank you though

What do you mean  by "again". First time we've seen this mentioned. Perhaps you better give us more detail on what "everything" used that was working fine on on Sunday night
Apologies, I thought I had mentioned it.
My speakers were fine, headphone jack was fine, youtube played audio, netflix played audio, FL studio had playback, I bought a new set of speakers that didn't need any drivers and worked through the audio jack perfectly. Bought the UM2 to boost the volume in the new external speakers.
    Internal speakers haven't worked since

Is the um2 still plugged in? If not, open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in left pane. If System Protection is enabled in the box that pops up, click System Restore button. Click next. Do you see a restore point with a date stamp around last Sunday?

It's not still plugged in, I have used the restore point but there's still no sound, I've uninstalled all the asio4all drivers as well

What other earlier restore points are  available?

What do you mean by this? If the interface included installation software, it should've had an uninstall option available either in ControlPanel programs or an uninstall executable?
