Acer Nitro 5 - AN515-44-R287 Task Bar Tray Icons Take 10 - 15 Seconds To Appear

After waiting 3 minutes for my Acer Nitro to turn on, the icons on the taskbar take time to load (10 - 15 seconds). Why? Also, why sometimes when I open apps (Opera GX - Task Manager), they will stutter when opened. I know all of that might be due to the Toshiba HDD, but, is there any way I can speed up the boot time at least? (Takes between 1' 10'' and 3')

    (1) Uninstall, don't just disable, any non Microso ft anti-virus.  Most users don't need them any more.
    (2) Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' i n left pane
    (3) Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable' near the top of the next box
    (4) Scroll down and checkmark the  box for fast startup

Then shutdown Windows normally. Then turn Windows back on.

Fast startup was enabled, and I already did uninstall the antivirus, I feel an upgrade in the performance.

Good for you. Windows Defender and  Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal tool are all the anti-malware most users need these days. Both are updated regularly and automatically along with normal Win10 and Win11 updates. Thank you for reporting back with your results.  :)
