PM161Q dead Now it will not turn on. Can I get the unit or the board inside repaired?

My PM161Q was working well as a second monitor for my laptop. I plugged in the micro USB to charge it while still connected to the USB C as a monitor. Now it will not turn on. Can I get the unit or the board inside repaired?

    1. Check Your Cables.
    2. Check Monitor Input Source.
    3. Examine Adapters.
    4. Reset the Monitor.
    5. Test With Different Device or Monitor.
    6. Check Resolution Configuration.
    7. Check PC's Hardware.
    8. Reset the CMOS.

    Thank you for these instructions. Unfortunately none of them are fixing the issue. When I plug in either a Micro USB to charge or USB C to use it as a monitor none of the lights come on, and I hear the faintest ticking about every 2 seconds. No other signs of life. I have the feeling trying to charge the unit while still using it as a monitor may have fried something. I am able to use the same cables for other functions. There are no adapters in the mix. The monitor does not respond, so no way to reset. Other monitors do work, and the Micro USB charger is able to charge other devices. Plus I tried a different Micro USB cable to charge from my laptop, still no life in the monitor...
