I bought some headphones and they've come with an adapter (like a dual jack) and the laptop only recognize audio , but the mic is not detected, any help? Like on my phone the headphones work very good.

    1. Make sure your headphone is plugged in properly.
    2. Make sure the volume is audible.
    3. Make sure it's not a headphone problem.
    4. Update your audio driver.
    5. Set headphones as default.
    6. Change the audio format.
    7. Uninstall IDT audio device.
    8. Clean the headphone jack.
