Why can't I contact support?

My laptop is damaged. I get a "no bootable device" error when turning it on. I already tried the step-by-step instructions on the acer website for it, but nothing changes.

I tried filling a form for repairs, but while it clearly recognised my serial number at first (auto filling in other information like SNID and date of purchase) upon trying to confirm my request it gives me a "serial number not valid" error.

I tried the live chat.... not currently working. I tried to send an email. Again, it asks for my SN, I add it, it just gets stuck on loading and never gets me to the support I need.

Why do I get these errors although the database clearly recognises my SN (and my laptop is only few months in use), and how am I supposed to get it fixed with all ways to contact support not working?

    (1) What date did you purchase laptop?
    (2) Did you purchase extended warranty more than 1 year
    (3) Did you purchase it in your country or region?
    (4) Did you use this link to select your country's support page?

Hi, my laptop is only a few months old (October 2021), so there's no question about it being out of warranty.

I definitely used the ACER site of the country I bought it in (and currently live in).

    (1) Does it autofill the entire SNID? Or just the first 10 or 12 characters?
    (2) Does the SNID match the SNID on the UPC label that the machine was packaged in?
    (3) Did you ever try to register the machine and SNID when you first acquired it?
