My laptop is PH-315-52. Recently I noticed those grey diagonal lines at lower half of the screen when the background is light color like white. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

The vertical lines on your laptop’s screen can either be caused by a software problem or a hardware problem. If the lines only appear in Windows, the problem is a Windows setting -- most likely the refresh rate.
First, try a power reset. This discharges any electrical build-up which may prevent your laptop. Disconnect the charger, Check for the battery pinhole reset button at the bottom, you can press it and hold it for 4 seconds to power reset your system. Power On the laptop and check the issue.

Since your laptop’s BIOS is technically not a part of its Operating System, try to get the BIOS page. Turn OFF the unit. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. You will be on the setup utility page. Once you got the screen release the F2 key. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the options. Tap on the F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option. Your unit will restart by itself. if you do see vertical lines on your laptop’s screen while you are in its BIOS, the problem is hardware-related.

Also, check if applying pressure on or removing pressure from certain points around the screen gets rid of the vertical lines. If this doesn't help, there’s a good chance that the problem is the ribbon cable that connects your laptop’s screen to its motherboard. Over time, this cable can become worn out and even crack (especially on the hinges because of the laptop being opened and closed), causing lines to appear on the screen.

Thanks for the tips bro. I tried them all.
Unfortunately, I can still see them on bios screen :(
So I need to change that ribbon cable then?

    Yes. It is still there.
But it is barely visible during gaming and movies. So I decided to leave it as it is.
