What is the full model number of your laptop?
Are you still using the preinstalled operating system?

@Neehar for the nitrosense, you need to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64.
For Nvidia, get the latest driver from the nvidia website.

the nitrosense issue got fixed but when i install drivers from the nvidia site my laptop faces a bsod-page fault in non paged area and my laptop restarts.

@Neehar it is the basic adapter. What are you going to do now is let the Nvidia extract the driver only
NVIDIA adds far more visual option to not install GeForce Experience
Stop at this screen. And install the driver manually.

Locate the driver in the C drive.

when you see this screen, click ok and let it extracts. Remember the folder directory
After that check this video for manual driver installation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jyKrxxXOvQY

@Neehar there might be something wrong with either the OS or the hardware. Try to turn the laptop off, unplug the AC cable, and press the power button for 15 secs. After that try again.
