I have a Acer AN515-55-52TL model laptop and I'm experiencing horrible ghosting issues!

I recently bough a Acer Nitro 5 laptop(5 days ago and arrived 2 days ago). It was a freedos model so I installed windows and installed my drivers. What I realized was that the panel had horrible ghosting issues. I troubleshooted the usual suspects. I updated drivers, tinkered with settings and tried bunch of other stuff. I finally gave up and formatted the laptop. After a clean install the problem persists and it is literally unusable. My eyes hurt in slightest movement on screen. After the format I couldn't install any acer software because the drivers page is inaccessible right now. Is there some special setting that I have to turn on, is the model this way(it comes with a cheap panel) or do I have a faulty product at my hand? Thank you for your help.

These are the links for a video and a screenshot. If you slow the video down you can better see the ghosting. Because I recorded with my phone the video is not the best quality and there is some blur in the video because of that but despite all that the ghosting can still be seen like day and night. I can't look at the screen without my eyes hurting. I don't even have to mention the problem with playing fast paced and competitive games like CS:GO. Does this model have a 144hz or 60hz display? What happens when you change the resolution?

Try disabling LCD OVER DRIVE in nitro sense!

@KREYNUS if you have the latest driver but still have a ghosting issue, likely that the LCD is faulty. Contact the place you bought the laptop or Acer for warranty.Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.

Nope as you can see on the image there is no LCD Overdrive option. I even tried installing predator sense while older versions worked they did not have the LCD overdrive option and newer versions didn't even allow me to install. I think the panel is faulty. I even found another thread about the same panel having the same issue.egydiocoelho said:No apperar here?0 -

I advise contacting the seller and requesting an exchange for another identical model.

I wanted to do that but there is a problem. Because of the website I bough the laptop from they do not have to option to exchange things but they accept refunds. Now in a normal world I would just get a refund and buy another or the same exact laptop but the problem is since I've bought the laptop the prices have gone up by a lot. So if I get a refund I can't even buy the laptop that I had bought before. The only choice I have is contacting Acer Support and try to solve my problem from there or wait a bit and buy a better panel and replace it myself(Which I can easily) but that would void the warranty. Do these ghosting occur when lowering the resolution?
Do ghosts also appear in the bios? Can you tell me the model of the display? Example:
