After 90 Minutes out of sudden the screen of laptop goes black, and the fan star ASPIRE 5 A515-56

I purchased ACER ASPIRE 5 A515-56 LAPTOP on 15 September 2021, After using 20 days first time problem occurs on 10 October 2021 , Black screen problem started after every 60 - 90 minute while using laptop and Fan started loud noise. When I touch FAN panel and it also show over heat within 90 minute for normal use of laptop or In standby mode.
As I am from System Technical Support background, I tried to check this problem in different different ways like normal use , standby mode, webex meeting and watching movies, noticed laptop screen getting black within 88-90 minutes everytime with FAN loud noise.

I used my laptop 2-3 hours in single day only . but when I used it continue 90 minute or more like want to watch movies or attend one hours office meeting then it happened.
Recently I contacted ACER support, First of all this ACER have very bad support attitude because there first line agent do not know how to talk with customer, Whenever I called then they never shared ticket/case number for follow up because when I call  in October then they ask to update BIOS version, I updated and tried to test , same problem but FAN sound become loud to normal.
Then I called then they ask to update windows & drivers but never assigned engineer to visit or divert to service center.
I was keep facing same problem since last 6 six months and after 6 month warranty will be completed then they will say simple word" warranty expired". but will never fix this defaulty product issue for all customers.

    I called in 8/9 March again for support and got answer to update with latest BIOS V1.24 then V1.25 to fix this issues , I did but still same problem.

    Today I again called them and now they ask to open BIOS on system and check for 90 minutes if this happen then call us and we will look further option but will never assigned engineer because they know that this is ACER defaulty problem which they launched. customer purchased it by paying INR 60000/rupees. from GIP, noida ACER dealer.

    Hi @khanwasiA51556,

    Try to do power drain,

    1. Shutdown the unit.
    2. Unplug the cables connected to the unit.
    3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds.

    Sorry to hear that you are having these problems khanwasiA51556 as these problems are very unusual and should not be happening to a new laptop as they are an internal and hardware related problems not software. Remember that your laptop is under warranty so, do not open it or touch, change anything on your laptop and urgently send your A515-56 back to Acer for them to fix it, as these problems are covered under warranty.

    This could be a faulty battery and its connection, a power related super IO chip, capacitors etc or just a faulty screen cable or a screen cable not connected properly or a faulty screen and with the fans it could be also faulty fans and/or heat sensors or the cpu/gpu are not pasted properly and overheating so, this laptop needs to be completely checked and all related parts replaced which is covered under warranty. Also and just to cheer you up and put a  :D on your face, this very much sounds like your A515-56 is one of those Friday afternoon quick jobs :D
