Acer laptop doesn't work randomly but blue light indicates as on. What's the reason? - aspire e5-576

I have acer aspire e5-576g laptop, when I am using laptop it's suddenly go for a dark blue screen (like sceen come before the starting windows) without any cursor or error messages. But blue light indicate the laptop is on.
Example 1: when i watching a movie it will happend that time there is no sound also,
Example 2: when i coping somthing to usb if it happend there is no current in use (usb indicating light is turned off)

When i connect to external display while the promblem happened external display goes black screen( trun off).

Plese help someone.  And thanks in advance 🤗

    The video adapter & cpu may be overheating. Have you monitored cpu temperature? If not, google search cpu temperature freeware to do this.

     Cpu temperature and conditions are good. But Graphic card is nvidia. But it's not showing in the device manager(only intel graphics driver is there, when i install nvidia driver it's saying ther is no driver) And graphics card is overheating

    Only the 576G should have the separate GPU. If you have the  G model and GPU is overheating, it's being detected by the temp monitor. Do you have a screenshot of the temp monitor?
