    Hi,
Go to start, type Run, type msconfig, move to Boot tab and select Safe boot, enter BIOS screen and switch SATA mode from Intel RST  to AHCI and see whether it helps.

Just as an additional suggestion that could be at play here? It could be a connection problem to the mobo SATA plug, as DM should recognise it if its recognised in bios and the cable is connected, I've just installed a 2TB Seagate BarraCudda in my Nitro 5 AN515-56 and the DM recognised it but it wasn’t online as it wasn’t formatted, all I did is put it online and gave it a drive letter and formatted the new drive into GUID (GPT) and the drive came up and works 100% and great. So try what I’ve done as and also you must have done something wrong as that mobo secondary 2.5” SATA plug/cable on the Nitro 5’s is ridiculously small and awkward to connect to and is very easy to damage its end strip drive cable strands which and if that is done, you have to buy a new cable again. Look at all that also.

    Hi,
Go to BIOS screen in Safe mode and move to Main tab, you can switch to AHCI, if you don't see SATA mode, while you are in Main tab, press Ctrl+S buttons together.

    Hi,
You have connected the SSD with RAID, I would suggest you backup your system with Macrium reflect or similar program, create a bootable USB disk, follow the instructions by @penguinpal in this thread:https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/553865/how-to-remove-raid-0-on-an-acer-predator-g9-593
