X34gs VCP Codes to switch USB upstreams on Acer monitor

Does anyone have the VCP codes to switch USB upstreams? On my X34gs I can see several manufacturer specific VCP codes, but what they do isn't documented anywhere despite VESA requirements calling for publicly listed VCP codes functions to be transparent to the user. Any help would be appreciated, as Acer has buried the KVM feature behind several menu interactions and I'd like to solve programmatically if possible.

Have you tried any monitor control freeware?

Yes, I can change many settings with monitor control Freeware, but the USB inputs is something I can't change.

It's so frustrating. If Acer updated the firmware to allow tying USB targets to display inputs, this would be the perfect monitor.

Don't hold your breath. Use a switch. :)

I did try using a switch. Apple has changed something in the latest MacOS that prevents wake from sleep over USBc switches. Acer really should consider it, it would make their products more competitive in the marketplace. I'm assuming their already paying someone to program monitor firmware, so it's not a huge additional cost for them.
