Sorry. The only 1080p screens listed and tested for this model seem to be AUO B156HTN03.1 &  CMI N156BGE-E31. The video cable was only different for the touchscreen as shown below

The panel you bought looks like it should work with your existing non-touchscreen video cable. And since your old LCD works fine, I don't think there's anything wrong with your video cable. The part nos cross references seem to be the same cable. "DC02001OH10" and "50.M8EN2.004". So again, your cable looks like the right cable for a non-touchscreen FHD LCD according to the specsheet available to me.

Perhaps the new screen is defective? Have you contacted LCDShop yet to explain your issue?

Thank you JackE, in the meantime I had also purchased the non-touch edp cable above and it does not work anyway, today I will try to contact the seller.

    Procedure edid:
Static Reset: Display Connected to the flat cable only, that is, without screws and only resting on the top cover of the notebook, then uninstall the battery with it also the power supply, after which keep the power button pressed for 40 seconds, then restart the notebook and check if the operation was successful. If the static reset was not decisive, get ready to perform a "Hot Refresh" Hot Refresh: Power Supply Connected (battery not) and Display connected only to the flat cable, always without screws installed and only resting on the top cover, start the computer ( I recommend disconnecting all connected external video sources, vga cables, hdmi and external monitors) wait for the notebook to boot and start loading the operating system (since it cannot see the screen, it generally warns it with a classic windows sound that the system and started), wait about 3 minutes so that we are sure that windows has loaded all the services, then tilt the panel towards your palm and disconnect and reattach the flat cable (if the computer is switched on) twice, as if it was any plug and play peripheral, that is, unplug and hang up and unplug and hang up again (make sure you plug in the flat correctly and at the bottom), then restart the com puter and check if the operation was successful. The latter operation of the Refresh essentially forces the controller that manages the LVDS to align itself with the edid data of the new panel. Hoping it was helpful to you.

Although following their procedure does not work, now I am evaluating the purchase of this edp cable which should work anyway (50.RZGN2.002/DC02C004600)

    >>>Although following their procedure does not work>>>

Thanks for reporting back with description. However, the hot refresh procedure seems questionable.  Can you check to make sure your old panel still works fine with your old edp cable?

already tried both old cable and new cable, the old panel works, however when I bought the new cable 50.M8EN2.004 and asked the seller if it was ok with full hd panel the seller said no. For this I would like to try to use the cable (50.RZGN2.002 / DC02C004600)

Researching it found that this cable (V5WE2_EDp_CABLE DC02001OH10 REV: 2.0) is two-way, so most likely it is the panel that is not working.

The AUO B156HTN03.1 &  CMI N156BGE-E31. are both FHD panels. And both FHD panels are listed as being compatible with your old cable.

Yes, that looks correct. I checked other sections of LCD specs and these are the two FHD panels found as shown below. Perhaps checking by ACER part nos in right column may be more successful.

    >>>Hello sorry if I still disturb you. but there is one thing I don't understand, my panel is in the list of compatible panels, look at this link and you will also find my panel: B156HAN01.2, If I try to unsolder the battery and resolder the battery the next day?

What battery? The main battery pack? Or the CMOS coin cell? Who told you to  unsolder coin cell?

It's my idea to try to remove the CMOS battery, but it's just an idea ...
It bothers me to spend + 140euro for another panel ...
Now I do this, I buy this cable: DC02C004600 / 50.RZGN2.002, if it doesn't work I contact the seller and I tell him that the panel doesn't work.

The seller where I bought this cable told me that the V5WE2_EDp_CABLE DC02001OH10 REV: 2.0 cable does not support full hd
    Seller:
New message from: notebook spare parts eng (51,810) Dear customer, this is an acer EDP cable unfortunately does not support FHD resolution so we exclude both 2-way.
So currently, instead of spending more money on another panel, the most logical solution is to buy this cable( DC02C004600 / 50.RZGN2.002) and see if it works and eventually replace the panel.

This is confusing message? What does he mean by "we exclude both 2-way" ?
