I have a gaming laptop (nitro 5) and it is not that old. I have a problem when im gaming. When i press ctrl+w+2 the "2" key does not work. but when I try ctrl+2 it works perfectly fine, or just the "2" key works fine idk what's happening  (is it from the dust idk) ... My second problem is sticky keys. When I disable them everytime I boot my computer they enable themselves idk how to explain this but when I disable them completely they keyboard just makes weird pitchy noises. I hope everything will get fixed... (sorry for my English its not my first language)

Firstly i would suggest you to uninstall the keyboard drivers from device manager. and restart the device. After this while booting the unit press F2 to access BIOS.

Here press F9 to set BIOS defaults and press Enter to confirm
Now press F10 to save and press Enter to exit..

After this open notepad and test if all the keys are working properly.

I have the same issue and have tried this solution on my Nirtro 5 but is not working. It is only with ctrl+w+2 which is really bad since moving inventory slots on many games will require this type of combination to work. If there is no solution to this what are the next steps

Just chiming in to say I have the exact same problem with my Nitro 5. The only combination that doesn't seem to work is (left)ctrl+w+2. Also tried uninstalling drivers and resetting through BIOS. Didn't work, unfortunately. Really hoping for an explanation/solution.

Did anyone find a fix? This is very annoying, especially when playing Minecraft. I noticed it also happens when pressing CTRL+TAB+A…

Still no one? Even though I have an AZERTY keyboard, CTRL+Z+2 (Z is located where the W is supposed to be on QWERTY keyboards) simply does not work. This is incredibly annoying for gaming, especially in Minecraft, since I have to let go of either Z or CTRL in order to reach my second hotbar slot without using the scroll wheel. Does anyone happen to have a fix? If so, can you please share it with us?

    Thank you :)
