Try shutting down. Then turn it on again.

You should have all the technologies when you run the Intel® Processor Identification Utility, if you don't install the "Intel® Driver & Support Assistant" and see if there are any updates for any Intel drivers as that could be the reason why. Btw I've got the i7-11800H CPU that has the same virtualisation technologies as your Intel Core i7-1195G7 CPU with Virtualisation - VT-x, VT-x EPT, VT-d and all technologies are running when I do the Intel® Processor Identification Utility scan. Also see the Intel "Tools and Utilities" > Downloads and utilise all the tools that they have there to analyse this problem.

What virtual machine are you using or intend to use? As I always use the "Oracle VM VirtualBoxand that has worked perfectly in Win-10 and also in Win-11 with my Nitro laptop, as matter of a fact I'm using it my vehicles tech eManual that the VM is running Win-10 on a Win-10 Pro on a 10 year old 3rd Gen laptop and it works perfectly.

    Dear Steven,

Thank you for responding. Your processor is in the following list (Intel i7 processors with virtualization from intel)  : https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/search/featurefilter.html?productType=873&2_VTX=true&1_Filter-Family=122139

I have just discovered mine is too. So I'm a bit lost. I have launched Intel update utility but no new drivers for the processor.
Is it because I'm runing windows 11 home edition ?

I would like to use Oracle Virtualbox in my Openshift Training.

    Best Regards,
