Nitro 5 an51-54 Why doesn’t my headset mic work?

So I have a Acer Nitro 5 an51-54, and I have a gaming headset, and I have 3.5 mm jack, and when I am in a game, I can hear the audio in my headset, the but mic on the headset doesn’t work, it’s like not detecting it, I have the mic phone privacy settings on, and I tried multiple times to re install and update the drivers of the relatek audio,, and in the control panel, when I go to the like the tab where you can see your microphone, and you can see it the when your talking it goes up, when I talk though my headset it doesn’t go up, please help me, thank you

    Right click speaker icon in tray. Click open sound settings. Click sound control panel in right pane. Click recording tab. Please post screenshot of result if possible.

    @Ballxe open Realtek Audio Console > Device Advanced Settings and choose Analog as Headset.

    Check in task manager and make sure Realtek HD Audio Universal Service is turn on automatically at startup.

    When I try to open it, it says” cannot connect to RPC service”

    For me, I always plug my Headset first, before I turn On my Laptop.
