SWIFT SF313 what should i do if my laptop is just shutdown the screen but the keyboard is still

MY LAPTOP SCREEN IS JUST SHUTDOWN BUT THE LIGHT THAT SAYS IT WAS OPEN IS STILL OPEN.

    Hi,
    Could you please post the full model name of the laptop, like AN5xx-xx, in the meantime, try pressing Fn+F6 keys or Fn+F5 and see whether the screen works.

    Depending on what model of laptop you have it could easily have multiple status lights. Some are on when the charger is plugged in, regardless of whether the laptop is running or not.

    Have you tried pressing Fn+F6 buttons together? Any change? If that doesn't help, turn off the laptop and disconnect from mains, follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for 15 Mins, reconnect AC adapter and fully charge the battery before trying to start.

    There have been a lot of different SF313 models over the years. Yours should be something like SF313-xxx-xxxx. The major model series is likely SF313-41, -42, -51, -52, -53, -52G or -53G.

    OK, on the right side of the SF313-53 there are two status lights. The one closer to the USB port is the power indicator, it should be lit when the laptop is running and off when everything is shut down. The one closer to the lock port is the battery charge indicator. It should be off when the charger is not connected, amber when the charger is connected and it's charging and blue when the charger is connected and the battery is at full charge. Note that the latter is regardless of whether the laptop is turned on or not. What are you seeing with these lights?
