You could also try undervolting the CPU with Throttlestop, it's safe and easy to test your system with different settings, there are no fixed settings for any model but you can adjust the voltages in small amount and find the stable settings, please have a look at this thread and let us know:https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/577183/throttlestop-undervolt-profiles-pre-made/p1

You have to use AC adapter connected when you play any games, don't play games only on battery, you can calibrate the battery manually every 6 months, check the wear level using HWMonitor.

There's no Nitrosense application for your model, unfortunately, if you try Nitrosense meant for other models, it may not work.
