HELP!!! My Predator PO3-630 has serious issues!

Can someone view the video and tell me what can be the issue? I would really need a response. The buzzing comes out my speakers/or tv. The peripheral's are not the issue. I don't know what's wrong with it. It already was in parts & service and they said no issue with the PC. Bios updated and Windows reinstalled. NOT FIXED!!!
I have a Desktop Gaming ACER Predator Orion 3000, Intel Core i5-11400F up to 4.4GHz, 16GB, SSD 512GB, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB, Windows 11.

How do you connect your PC to speakers or TV? Do you use HDMI cable for the TV and 3.5mm plug for speakers?

EDIT: I see you made two post and the other one had the video you mentioned. At first I though it was just a sound issue, but after watching the video it's obviously more serious than that.

Looks like the game just froze and crashed. Why? It could be power, GPU, RAM or even temp related. I'd send it back and demand a full refund.

do you have the PredatorSense app turned on? if yes, it may cause that issue

I use a monitor now, but I used to have a TV connected. The speakers are connected with an AUX cable and the monitor with a DP (DisplayPort), I used HDMI too

I do close it but before I turn the fans on a little so my cards won't overheat

Me and many other users here had almost same problem, and it was being caused by the PredatorSense app, but your PC just... turns off completely after that 2-3sec freez&buzz? Mine and other's units didn't do that. That's really weird. I think you should send it back for a warranty repair.

It was at warranty repair too. No problems were found they said. they also said it's the games fault. It doesn't shuts off

On the video you uploaded there was a blackscreen with some communique right after the freez&buzz so I thought the PC turned off and the com is "no signal". If not, Then it looks 100% like the PS app problem I was talking about, but you say the PS if turned off... Are you sure it isn't running in the background? have you checked it in the Task Manager? If it really IS turned off, and that problem still occurs, I'm afraid the only way is to return this PC...

Well the app isn't running in the background. It wasn't a no signal, it was a crash notification, and the PC didn't turn off, it just takes more time to the Acer monitor to get those stuff ready. I don't think I can return it, I own this PC since September...

Does the PC crash only with this game? What game is it?

Does the PC crash if you run a CPU stress test like IntelBurn Test or Prime95? Keep an eye on the temps.

Does it crash when running a GPU test like FurMark or 3DMark?

What happens if you stress CPU and GPU at the same time?

Is there anything that might help in the Windows crash log/event viewer?

Type "Reliability" in the Windows Search Bar. Anything interesting there?

That sounds better if it doesn't turn off, but still quite weird... If it was an automatic CPU protection against overheating, you would get a normal windows bluescreen with a sad face symbol made of bracket and a colon.

What does it say in the crash communique? Or just open your system "log" file and check what does it say there.

Do you have your game installed on the same disc as Windows? As for I know in some games that may cause stuttering and other issues...

Other explanation is a power deficit (too weak PSU) but the 500W unit you have is perfectly fine for this setup...

Do you have the newest GPU drivers?

Other apps like cpuZ/Fraps/Bandicams ect. ain't running in the background?

The last explanation that comes to my mind is this particular game somehow doesn't wanna cooperate with your CPU, but Idk, as I said before I and many others had very similar problem but just turning off the PS fixed it

god dammit that sparking PSU - I had very same problem with my unit! I brought it to a servive (not a warranty repair, just normal PC service) and they said a cable got torn off from the PCB... Semms like these cables are poorly soldered, If more people have that issue.
Don't know how your comment is supposed to refer to the discussion tho, nevertheless it's pretty interesting.

Well, since my Chicony made the same sound it most likely sparked as well. :( Not really trust-inducing PSU, now is it?

I don't really think sparking is anyway connected with that buzzing sound.

The buzzing sounds more like a kind of a coil whining for me, maybe the winding is just poorly constructed or made of a low purity copper, and when it gets hot it expands, the wire gets loose and starts to vibrate.

I'm not an electronics specialist but I know a few things like for ex. how a coil works...
