Right Peeps - really need your fkn help!! I foolishly installed Windows 11 and it totally fkd Predator Sense. After a great deal of soul searching and heartache I decided to re-install the last version of Windows 10 (fresh install) - got the same thing. I've rolled back to an early version of Windows 10 Pro (around 2019 copy I had an ISO image of). STILL WON"T INSTALL. All I get is 'Sorry! This computer is not supported' error message when I click setup. I've tried every compatibility option, still nothing. I've got a Triton 500 model PT515-51-76SS. PLZ HELP!

Hey LazyDogg PredatorSense does work with Win-10 and 11 for the PT515-51 PS this version works for Win-10 Version: 3.00.3038 and Win-11, so install this version. Also delete the windows 11 old files and also see if there is aversion installed on Control Panel > Uninstall a program or an old version of PS is in the Program Files on drive C:\, check all that out and try to reinstall the above PS again.

Yeah, tried that download version many many times. Doesn't work. Acer Support have sent me a copy also but that didn't work. I've even done a factory reset of my PC. I'm starting to suspect it might be because I cloned the OS onto a larger SSD. It just keeps coming with 'Computer not supported' Might be Acers way of discouraging upgrades

Strange as NS on my AN515-56 worked perfectly in Win-10 and 11 and never had a problem and I've cloned the OEM 512GB M.2 drive to a 2TB NVMe Samsung 980 Pro and it worked perfectly on Win-10 and Win-11. Do a Clean Install of Win-11 and try that with a clean format of the boot drive as it should work.

I've got the 2TB Samsung Evo - goes a dream. I don't know what it is then. it might be something specific to the 76SS

Hey Steve, I've just noticed that on the link you provided you've written version 3038 but when you click on the link it takes you to version 3036. Was that just a typo or do I need to try and find version 3038?
