LCD Screen upgrade - E5-571-589Q - can my laptop be upgraded to a 1920x1080? Possible?

Hi everyone, first-time poster here.

I've gone through quite a few posts on the site, but I'm getting quite a bit lost - could anyone help please?

I have an E5-571-589Q, I5-4210U, which I've put a SSD and 16GB of RAM in with 2TB in the DVD drive. It's still going strong after 8 years and I've no reason to upgrade.

But, the 1366 resolution is starting to look dated, even more after running a 49 super ultra-wide at work

So, can my laptop be upgraded to a 1920x1080?

The details I think are needed are:

Laptop Sn / Pn - NXMLUEK002 - E5-571-589Q

Display related details, from using HwInfo:
Graphics - Intel HD 4400
Screen LG Phillips (LP156WH3-TPS2) a bit of Googling shows this to be 40-pin and all the upgrades seem to be 30-pin. This is where I am getting stuck.
Monitor\Screen Hardware ID - LGD0430

When it comes to lanes, and anything beyond the above ino - I'm "done".

Hope someone can help, maybe even say - this one....

Hi,
I don't think LP156WH3-TPS2 panel has 40 pin connector, I think you can upgrade to a FHD IPS panel,please read this link for more information about the panel upgrade.

Thanks BrummyFan2 - not sure where I got the 40 pin comment rom, I definitely saw it, but I have been reading a lot o links and such.

So really, any of them compatibles from the panelook link should just work...

Yes, you should be able to use an FHD screen. Google search the part nos. from the image below for vendors who ship to your location. Other FHD screens might work too as claimed in these two links.

I think I'm going to jump in and buy this one. They're in Manchester as am I, so that should easier to return if it doesn't work...

No problem, the panel you have chosen is a TN panel, if you don't mind you can install it but IPS will be better.

As far as I know, none of the FHD listed on the ACER specsheet are IPS. However, google search 'e5-571' 'ips' for vendors who ship ips screens that might also fit and work. They need to be 30-pin connectors. IPS screens give better viewing at angles above about 30° than TN. But not necessarily better color rendition & vividness. Since most folks like me view screens head-on or less than 30°, I'm not gonna pay a lot extra for an IPS screen or jump through hoops to get one that'll fit. So your TN choice would also be my choice.

Well, it worked.
I purchased this LINK, it came today and had it in the laptop in under 5 minutes. After a restart and a tweak of the display settings it was good to go. Massive improvement.

Hmm, what next.

SSD - check
2TB HDD in DVD Bay - Check
HD Screen - Check
Upgraded to 802.11ac - check.
Max out RAM (16GB) - check
Put an SD card in the slot - just because I can? hahaha,
