Acer E5 575G fan not working

Hello. I have some problem with my Acer E5 575 G-56PR.
After 4 years of using it i asked some "speciaist" to make laptop cleaning from dust and to replace thermal paste. Before this laptop fan was working, but during stress test the CPU temperature increased up to 95 degrees. After cleaning, "speciaist"  updated Bios to the last version 1.47.

As for now, fan is not working at all, or working but very slow. After 2 minutes of stress test in Aida64 Extreme, CPU temperature increasing to 98 degrees, and i turn it off. During the test, the speed of the fan does not increase - it is not working or working the same way when
system is not loaded. I don't even hear the fan.

I have reinstalled Windows 10 to the last version, reinstaled latest drivers, but this not helping.

Could the problem being in version of Bios that were upgraded to the last version 1.47 or not?

Thanks in advance.

Unlikely. Sounds more like the fan needs to be replaced.

However, the BIOS update should not have been applied unless the machine had serious issues that the 1.47 BIOS firmware description addressed. We can probably revert back to the earlier BIOS version number as long as it's still listed on the ACER bios downloads. The reversion process is a bit involved and carries some risk of irreversible side effects.

If it were my machine, I'd first go back to the 'specialist' and ask him to fix the problem since it started with his work.

Replacement of fan didn't helped. I gues fan maybe working, but on very low speed, which is not increasing so laptop gets overheated soon.

I will try to instal previous bios. But i don't know which bios version was the factory version. Now i have 1.47 - the last one. On official acer site there is no 1.0 version - first one starting from 1.04, should i use it?

Download the version that is about 6mos older than when you purchased the machine. Then follow the procedure below EXACTLY to downgrade the BIOS to that version.

Like a BIOS firmware update, a BIOS firmware downgrade carries a risk of irreversible side effects. Firmware changes are a lot riskier that ordinary driver changes. This is why it's not a good idea to routinely update firmware on a machine that seems to be functioning properly, since the firmware updates are primarily meant to be applied to machines that are experiencing serious problems.

( 1) Unzip the earlier version download.
( 2) Run the executable EXE file. You will get an error message the BIOS is older than the one installed.
( 3) Keep error message box open. Don't close it.
    ( 4) Then open FileExplore.
    ( 5) Search C:\users folder and subfolders for a 'H2O*.EXE' file.
( 6) Copy entire subfolder with the H2O*.EXE file to some other place on the HDD or SSD. Don't forget where you put this copied folder.
( 7) Close error message box in step ( 3).
    ( 8) Open copied folder from step ( 6)
( 9) Open initialization INI file with notepad.
    (10) Edit format section from XN.NN to XN.DD.
    (11) Save INI file
    (12) Run the executable H2O*.EXE.
