I understand that laptop crashes when you shake it or like use it on a soft surface(bed/etc). Also it sometimes crashes when you are on the battery and not plugged in. You also believe it is due to a lose part.
It looks like a hardware issue. Some parts or cables inside the computer might be loose. Since you say it sometimes crashes when you are on the battery. If you have not replaced the battery for a long time then you can try to reseat or replace the battery and check.
When you take the computer to a local tech, he will open the computer, he will reseat all the components and if there are any loose connections he will check it.
If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept. Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country. On the new page - scroll down - click on "contact support". Scroll down. You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.
If it is out of warranty, please contact local store or
Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country. On the new page - scroll down - Click on "Repair My Acer" - Request to have your Acer product repaired. There will be charges for repair.
