Acer Nitro 5 AN515-44 - BIOS doesn't start

my BIOS just doesn't start anymore. F2 and Del don't work. when i try pressing F2, the screen just freezes on the Acer logo.
this happened after i've installed Arch and GRUB, dual-booted with Windows 10. F12 works just fine, GRUB and Windows are booting without problems too.
is it possible to somehow repair BIOS from Windows or Arch? the only solution i found in the internet is updating BIOS to a newer version from Windows, but my version of BIOS is already up-to-date and the installer refuses to do anything with it.

Boot in to linux locate and delete as root /efi/boot/grubx64.efi after that boot with linux live media and rebuild grub

    it didn't work.

in case it's needed, i have two SSDs, on one of which the Linux partition is located (/dev/sda3), on the other - the EFI partition (/dev/nvme0n1p1). my EFI partition is mounted to /boot/efi.
i've deleted the file /boot/efi/EFI/GRUB/grubx64.efi, then i booted from Arch live media USB, chrooted, ran the following command:

    grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot/efi --bootloader-id=GRUB

    and the following:

    grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg

again, BIOS doesn't start, F12 key and GRUB are working fine.

I have almost the same setup, but all linux paritions are on one ssd and win is on the other and GRUB is my first boot order.

my C: vol and EFI are located in /dev/nvme0n1 and Linux is in /dev/sda, there's also a Windows partition in /dev/sda. should i delete this partition? it's my secondary volume.

Well I have 3 SSDs, one m2 with win only one m2 with linux only and one 2.5` for data (shared). First boot ssd is the linux one and that works for me without any issues.

thanks a lot. it was actually GRUB messing with BIOS, after i've deleted it from the EFI partition with Win loader BIOS started to work properly again.
