Acer Nitro 5 - My Laptop turns off on startup, what’s a solution in fixing it?

Literally a week ago my Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop decides to just shut off unexpectedly without warning. Since then, I’ve tried using the power button to no aval. It’s like it’s not even working anymore. When I tap on a random key on the keyboard it decides to start up. You have to hold down a key for it to start up as normal and stay on. When you release the key it shuts down immediately and I have no idea what that means or what causes it. I’ve held the battery reset on the back, I’ve took the battery out and reinserted it back.

I don’t know if it’s a factor or anything but it was plugged in 24/7 and most days I would keep it on for hours because I run errands daily, sometimes forgetting to turn it off. I also used windex with a cloth to clean my keyboard but it was a microfiber cloth.

I have no idea and any suggestions would be ammmaazzinngg. 🥺

Being kept plugged in 24/7 is not a problem although for a healthy battery it is advised to drain it to just below 10% and fully recharge every couple of months. A small amount of Windex on a cloth is no problem either as long as you didn't spray it directly on the keyboard.
At this stage I would do a clean Windows install, reboot and press Alt + F10 immediately at start up, click Troubleshoot then Reset this PC and Keep Files

Haha... um I kind of did spray it directly but I quickly corrected my mistake. I hope that wasn’t a factor or I will literally cry.
I’m going to try the Alt + f10 and see if that’ll do anything. Thank you so much! 🥺

I opened this panel up and it doesn’t have a button. It just has a white square, when I see this image I get so confused. I’ll show you an image when I’m back home. Thank you!! 🥺
