Ah yeh!  iwas looking at the other 54 :) , You should be able to drive it at 165 hz if the monitor supports it over the HDMI port, i use this guide to check whats what:

    https://glenwing.github.io/adapters/?output=HDMI

Not all monitors support the full refresh rate over HDMI though, so its always worth checking on what exactly!

Okay so i got a wire that is hdmi2.1
And the port on my monitor is hdmi 1.4
And im not sure what the port in my laptop is.
And like if the hdmi doesnt support the full refresh rate should i get a dp female to hdmi male adapter for the laptop?

It won't make a difference if you use an adapter between hdmi to hdmi,  everything will fall to the lowest common denominator in the chain. The gpu will be a 2.0 so will go down to 1.4 when connected to the hdmi of the monitor

If the montior has a display port and the adapter is for that, it may negotiate a higher refresh rate, however adapters are a bit if a wild card and it fully depends what adapter is being used
