Once I boot up the laptop, I get high frames but after about 15 minutes, everything on the computer slows down. I get very low FPS (under 10 average) Is there a fix to this?

These FPS issue are very much performance issues that people are having with the newer drivers that might not be suitable for your GPU from NVIDIA or it could be a sign of "HEAT Throttling" which should not be happening on a a good quality clean and repasted laptop that has been looked after.

Download the Intel VGA driver from Acer (if using Intel CPU do the same applicable)

    Download Wagnards DDU 18.0.3.6 then

    Disconnect from Wi-Fi or Lan

Search (runbox) >> Msconfig >> Boot(tab) >> Boot Option >> check the SAFE BOOT ... Apply and Reboot.

    Run DDU

    • Select: NVIDIA Software and drivers

    • Select: Clean, do not restart

    • Select: Intel Software and drivers (if using Intel CPU and applicable)

    • Select: Clean, do not restart

Search (runbox) >> Msconfig >> Boot (tab) >> Boot Option >> Uncheck the SAFE BOOT ... Apply and Reboot.

    Back in normal Windows:

Install the Intel VGA (if using Intel CPU then the same is applicable)

    • Reboot Install the NVIDIA VGA

    • Reboot Connect to the Wi-Fi or Lan

Retest the system. then run the DDU Options png here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ijm3KSlOecvYCZsXeWcW7tQ9OT_Wgkk6/view?usp=sharing
