I keep getting this blue error message, then laptop shuts down, can comes on.  Been checked scans ran at IT place, they are non wiser and say this model has historic issues of problems of this type and to go back to manufacturer. They commented it runs at nearly 90 degrees.
The error message say:
Critical structure corruption
Faulty hardware corrupted page
Memory management prior to the IT shop looking at it

The graphics was updated by them.  I’m out of warranty by 4 months, I’m really worried it will just stop working, and no clue what to do, try next, any help be truly appreciated 😃

    (1) Press and hold power button till laptop shuts off
    (2) Unplug charger. No LEDs should be lit.
    (3) Insert paper clip into reset pinhole on bottom for about a minute
    (4) Plug charger back in. But wait till battery charge LED turns from steady orange to steady blue
    (5) Only after battery charge LED turns steady blue, turn laptop back on and immediately press the F2 key to enter the BIOS menu
    (6) Press F9 in the BIOS menu to load defaults. Press F10 to save defaults and exit the BIOS menu
    (7) Laptop should now start Windows login normally

@JackE. Thanks for your advice, hugely appreciated, I’ve been advised by the IT people that looked at it “ It shouldn’t delete anything that’s on the laptop but there is a small chance by flashing the BIOS the laptop won’t power on”.  Im nervous to try if there is a slight risk it wouldn’t turn back on,? 😔

My earlier instructions do NOT involve flashing the BIOS!!! Do NOT even think about flashing the BIOS at this point. The only way to avoid even a slight risk, is to do nothing to try to fix the problem. My recommendations are about the lowest risk options I can think of to try to fix the problem.
