What is the laptop model? Most CPU's can handle 105˚C so 95 ˚C is in upper range but shouldn’t turn the laptop off. It could be a power shortage issue, battery faulty and/or because of an old battery issues or an internal power circuitry issues that turn the laptop off. Check those issues first with the battery being a main cause as all the internal circuitry issues need to be diagnosed by an experienced technician that has all the tools.

    Hi @Hudza12,

The most common reason for an overheating computer is dust buildup on the fans or air vents. Reduce the heat inside the computer to improve the system performance and prevent any damage to the internal components.

    1. General troubleshooting.
    2. Change power options.
    3. Test hardware failure.
    4. Select Power settings to shut off laptop when not in use.
    5. Check heat sinks.
    6. Minimize background tasks.
    7. Check for the latest driver updates/installs.
