    (1) What is CPU/GPU temperature when stuttering happens?
    (2) Have you re-pasted the thermal module heat sink to the CPU/GPU yet? Should be done every year or so with heavy gaming loads.
    (3) What is your full A7 model number? For example, A715-54G?

    Hi @Aasif_qadri,

FPS drops can occur if you have problems with your connection or the servers are too busy, while system configuration is also very important. To start resolving these issues, you will first need to check if everything is running optimally, and then gradually move onto updating drivers.

    1. Ensure that the system requirements are met.
    2. Change the game's graphic settings.
    3. Check if the Internet connection is running optimally.
    4. Update the GPU drivers.
    5. Disable background programs.
    6. Modify the system's power settings.
    7. Turn on the Game Mode.
    8. Scan for HDD errors.

    CPU Temperature : 90 Celcius

    Too hot.
    (1) Do you set your laptop at least an inch above a tabletop when playing heavy gaming loads to increase air flow into bottom air vents?

    (2) Have you re-pasted the thermal module heat sink to the CPU/GPU yet? This should be done every year or so with heavy gaming loads.

    >>>CPU Temperature : 90 Celcius>>>GPU Temperature : 88 to 90 Celcius>>>2) No>>>

    These temps are too hot.

You can try vacuuming the air intake ports and blowing air into the air exhaust ports to try to dislodge and remove any dust, hair and other debris that may be clogging air flow.

If vacuuming and blowing air doesn't lower temperatures, then you should then remove bottom cover and the copper colored thermal modules and fan assembly shown in this disassembly video  link.

Clean the fan blades and copper tubes of any debris. Then remove the heatsinks on top of the CPU and GPU and re-paste them with Kryonaut or ArcticMX4 thermal grease.
