My Acer Aspire 5 A514-53G heat problem

High my Acer Aspire 5 A514-53G (I3 10th Gen/MX350/12GB of ram) is overheating like everytime, Fans are clean, I started using a coolingpad, some heat absorbing materials to absorb the heat from the keyboard, nothing, its starts up at ***** 65 DEGREES DANG CELCIUS WHY  and the exhaust is like behind the screen, and i cant undervolt because its a locked cpu, please help i keep getting FPS drops because of the thermal throttling help

    Also bought an Acer Aspire 5 A515 56T and it has overheated from the start.  Once it overheats it is sometimes as much as an hour before it will turn on again.  Several calls to support with one recommendation that you never leave the laptop on standby/hibernate for longer than 15 minutes - that you need to shut it down completely if you are not using it for more than 15 minutes??????
    No help from customer service.

    Just remember HomieSucker69 that all modern and latest high spec laptops overheat as they don't have adequate cooling for their high grade CPU/GPU components, hence and why Acer designs and uses (like in your laptop the i3 10th Gen) a low TPD CPU to reduce high temp operations. Your 65˚C temp are not high they are normal, I wouldn’t be too concerned with these temps as this i3 10th Gen CPU has a Junction Temperature which is the maximum temperature allowed at the processor die of 100˚C and this laptop is set to turn off at those critical temps, that is when either the CPU or GPU reach those temp ranges.

    Btw, you have done all that a consumer can do by keeping your vents clean and fans clean and repasting the CPU/GPU and seating this laptop on a tablet cooler, don’t worry and enjoy your Acer experience as this laptop is functioning as it was designed to do. Maybe and if you are still worried then get a good quality “suction type vent extractor fan system” that will assist and give additional CPU/GPU extraction of heat to the OEM CPU/GPU fans, as they work quite well and I’ve used them until it died as the one I had was of cheap and poor quality like allot of them are so be careful and get a good quality one or make one up if you are technically minded? =)

    Thankyou to everyone who helped, tanks for the tips, i can finaly sleep at night knowing the temps are normal,
