I bought a acer nitro 5 about two years ago and after around 3 months it started going down in performance for no reason I can identify it used to play rainbow six siege at max settings with 60 fps perfectly but after the initial 3 months it only played like that on the lowest settings but now it cant even run the menu.

UserBenchmarks: Game 4%, Desk 56%, Work 3%
CPU: Intel Core i5-8300H - 62.4%
GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 630 - 3.5%
HDD: HGST Travelstar 7K1000 2.5" 1TB - 55.8%
RAM: Hynix HMA81GS6CJR8N-VK 1x8GB - 44.6%
MBD: Acer Nitro AN515-53

My gtx 1050 mobile is not being detected during the benchmark either but it shows up on my system

@Lupe did you try checking the temperature with the game opens?

@Lupe do you get a blue screen? If you do, what is the stop code? It usually causes by dust blocking the fans and leads to overheating.

@Lupe you can use MSI afterburner for checking the temps and frequencies of both GPU and CPU.
