Hi, I noticed that my cooler behaves strangely, it spins quickly, then slowly and repeat, this is very annoying, along with this, the temperature of the video card drops to 0 degrees. This problem is only when the laptop is running on battery power. With what it can be connected?
System: windows 11.

I'm guessing that the numbers aren't correct. Needless to say the GPU temperature is never going to drop to 0C, that's the freezing point of water! Either the GPU is not giving correct readings or the monitoring app is not reading them correctly. What computer do you have? What GPU is in it?

acer swift X, rtx3050ti, i think GPU is not giving correct readings, because cooler changes speed too

Yes, the cooling fan has it's speed set based on the temperature, so a bogus reading of 0C will pretty much stop the fan. Your system is new enough that it should still be in warranty, go ahead and contact support and let them get it fixed.
