Hi Just Purchased the ConceptD 3 Ezel - My WiFi signal is very weak.

When I'm sitting at my desk and router is two feet away then no issues.  i walk ten feet and there is no internet.  I have second laptop and it has four bars where my new ConceptD is at one bar.  I believe the antenna is the issue.  I've updated the drivers and not sure how to check to verify is an antenna or for something else or just send it back.

    Contacted support and went thru a number of diagnostics steps, however at the end they believed it was a hardware issue and sent me a ticket to return for service repair.
